  • How can I have a free shipping?
    We have free shipping to the EU, USA, Chile, Argentina and Mexico, for every order over 100€. We will continue to add countries to the free shipping service, as long as we have more followers in those places.
  • Can I order a custom piece?
    Customized orders and items are available for Headphones clips! You just need to purchase the items named "BUILD-UR-OWN!", and fill the options. You'll receive a DM through instagram so I can show you the moodboard and the early designs of your items. Custom pieces are unique and won't be reproduced.
  • What are the Headphones Clips made of?
    Clips have different materials, they're mostly made with resin and aluminum steel. They can have holographic effects and some might glow in the dark!
  • How does the Glow in the Dark effect works?
    Glow in the dark material works through a process called phosphorescence. It contains phosphors, which are substances that emit light after being energized. When exposed to light, the phosphors absorb photons and become excited. Later, in the absence of light, they release this stored energy as light, causing the material to glow. It's pretty neat stuff! Sadly, since the amount of material is very little, and the release of stored energy isn’t perfectly efficient. Some energy is lost as heat rather than visible light, which shortens the glowing duration. It's a short-lived effect that happens a few minutes, but the good thing is that it's permanent! So it'll always glow after exposed to the sunlight, and you'll find a mini UV lantern in your package, so you can show everyone the effect!
  • Where's the store located?
    Sunsets and stars is an online store. We ship from Portugal to the following places: - The European Union - United Kingdom - North America (Mexico, USA, Canada) - Latin America (Not Venezuela, Nor Cuba) - Australia and New Zealand
  • How can I place an order?
    The store opens once a week, usually on Sunday, unless something goes wrong. We take up to 15 orders per week, so once all spots are sold out, no items will be available on the website. ⚡️ But don't worry! We do this weekly so that you can find and purchase all your favorite items at Sunsets and Stars. ✨🌙 We also update everything through Instagram, posting countdowns until the store refreshes. You can activate notifications and the countdown boxes in our IG stories ⏰, and Instagram will let you know when your dream talismans become available! 🧿💫
  • How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?
    Normally, every piece is made by hand within the following 5 days, after you place your order. If we have a lot of orders in the making, the crafting time can go up to 10 work days. You can check this information at our HOME page, in the Crafting Flag Banner, in purple. The full shipping process within the EU is about 7-15 work days according to your local customs. For countries outside the EU, such as North America, the shipping process is the same that in the EU, and for other countries such as Latin America, the shipping process can take from 2 weeks to 8 weeks according to local regulations.
  • May I return an item or ask for a refund?
    WARNING: We take great care in crafting and inspecting our handmade pieces before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the nature of handmade products, delayed complaints about quality issues beyond this timeframe may be difficult to verify, and we may be unable to offer replacements. Thank you for your understanding and support of our handmade work! Every product is made to order, which is why we are unable to offer refunds. We want you to know that each piece is crafted with patience and dedication to ensure it meets your expectations. To help us achieve this, you can communicate your order details with us via Instagram after making your purchase. This way, we can ensure that everything turns out just as you envisioned. We encourage you to clear up any doubts before placing an order to avoid misunderstandings. If your order has any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue by sending you a replacement of the same model or offering another available solution. If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ask you to return the damaged item. Once we receive it, we will send you a new pair of clips. Please note that shipping is handled by a third-party service. While we will cover the cost of crafting and shipping the replacement, you may be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    No, we ship exclusively to the EU, North America, Latin America (Not Venezuela, nor Cuba), the UK, Australia and New Zealand. We recommend checking with your customs for aditional information, in case you're outside of the EU. Several countries require that every package is declared before being delivered, and you might have to pay for local taxes according to your country.
  • ¿Puedo pagar en pesos?
    En este momento la única opción de compra en pesos es con tarjeta de crédito en un pago. Hay algunas tarjetas de crédito que el gobierno ha prohibido para realizar compras en el exterior, si tienes inconvenientes consulta con tu banco sobre compras internacionales.
  • ¿Cuánto sale el envío hacia Argentina?
    El envío a Argentina es gratis en compras a partir de los 100 euros.
  • ¿Cuánto demora una compra desde Argentina?
    Usualmente las compras hacia Argentina demoran un tiempo total de 4 meses, entre fabricación, envío y un largo proceso de liberación de aduana.   • ¿Cómo realizo una compra desde Argentina?
    Las compras desde Argentina son únicamente con tarjeta de crédito, en un pago, o con Paypal. El gobierno recientemente prohibió las compras en cuotas en el extranjero, por lo que es la única forma posible actualmente. Una vez realices una compra, se fabricará tu artículo. Una vez listo se envía y debes declararlo. La información de declaración la encuentras en la web del Correo Argentino, y el código de seguimiento te llegará por e-mail.

We ship through national postal services.

If you're in a country that requiress extensive tramits in customs clearance, you will need to gather all the information you need from your local customs or postal offices, before placing an order, to check all the steps you might have to do to have your package.

We're not responsible for your package if it gets lost during customs clearance.
